This is accomplished through the efforts of a dedicated Member Advocate. Your Advocate will connect you with a Credit Union Certified Real Estate Agent who is able to help you buy or sell your home. The Advocate helps you through the entire process, working with the Agent to ensure all time periods and critical decisions are addressed correctly. Commission Rebate Savings Calculator
Use this calculator to determine an estimated amount that you can expect in the form of a commission rebate check. This is one of our ways of saying thank-you for using our Program.
One of the greatest incentives to using the Real Estate Services Program is the dedicated Member Advocate. Your Member Advocate will contact you regarding your desire to enroll in the Program. The Advocate will explain the Program in more detail and find out additional information about your particular housing needs, desires, and wants. Once the Member Advocate has more information about you, he or she will match you with one of our Credit Union Certified Real Estate Agents. Throughout your transaction, your Member Advocate will be your initial point of contact, making this as easy as possible for you!
Agent Selection "Matching"
After spending some time talking with your Member Advocate, they will carefully match you with a Credit Union Certified Real Estate Agent. Your Member Advocate will contact you and the Agent to make sure that communication has been established and that the match is mutually acceptable. The Agents that we have in our Program are hand-selected by their branch managers for having exceptional customer service skills and real estate knowledge.

- When will I get my rebate check in the mail?
Your rebate check will be processed and then mailed to you within 30 days of the successful closing on your home.
- What is the telephone number, fax number, or email address of Real Estate Services?
- Is this program only for those Members who are buying a home?
NO, if the Member is either buying or selling a piece of real estate property they would be eligible to participate in this Real Estate Services program.
- How is my Real Estate Agent selected for me?
Our hand selected, specially trained, Agents have submitted a personal profile to Real Estate Services. Your Member Advocate will spend time getting to know you, and then, carefully match you with an Agent they feel will be the best match for you.
- What if I dont like the Agent that my Member Advocate selects for me?
In the rare occasion that this does happen, please feel free to discuss with your Member Advocate other details that you are looking for in an Agent. The Member Advocate will then find you another Agent that they feel will be suited more appropriately.
- What are the hours of operation for Real Estate Services?
8:00AM - 9:00PM Eastern, Monday through Friday on normal business days.
- What happens if I call after your hours of operation?
You will be directed into our voice mail system. By leaving a detailed voice mail message, your Member Advocate will call you back the next day to assist you.
- Where is this program available?
The program is available in all 50 states.
